For the Church

Maintaining the typical Church Piano is a challenging task.  The number one challenge for most church pianos is "tuning stability".  Most church pianos sit dormant all week in a church sanctuary that is not climate controlled, and then suddenly performed on during the church's weekly service.  Regardless of the quality, any piano under these conditions will have problems with tuning stability.

The only answer to this problem is proper climate control.  I realize most churches are on a very tight budget, but an "in-tune" piano will result in a more enjoyable worship experience for the congregation.

If you want a piano that stays on pitch with improved tuning stability, consider installing a Dampp-Chaser Piano Life Saver System.  A one-time investment in this system WILL improve the tuning of your piano, extend it's life, and provide a more enjoyable experience for your congregation.   If installing a Piano Life Saver System is out of the question, you can have a Grand Undercover or Upright Backcover installed at a minimal cost.  These covers will prevent air flow from reaching the soundboard, which in turn will minimize the flex of the soundboard with the changes in climate around the piano.
